Andrew is an experienced litigator and legal advisor with a current focus on labor and employment law. From his 13+ years of service as an attorney in the U.S. Army, Andrew has experience litigating federal labor and employment law cases; litigating felony level and high-profile criminal cases, as both a prosecutor and defense counsel; advising clients on complex investigations, labor and employment law matters, criminal and civil litigation, strategic communication, agency, federal, state, and international policy, regulation, and law; and leading clients through adversity in high-stakes environments.
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and before the Merit Systems Protection Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Military Courts worldwide.
