Mark is a retired Army Judge Advocate who specializes in criminal defense litigation and military law including military courts martial, criminal and administrative investigations, administrative boards, and non-judicial punishment proceedings. During his 33 years of military service, Mark served as both a Non-Commissioned Officer and Warrant Officer in Army Special Forces before attending law school and becoming a Judge Advocate.

Licensed to practice in Hawaii State Courts and Federal Military Courts worldwide.

Mark resides in El Paso, Texas.
